SAFETY TALK TOPICS-TOOLBOX MEETING TOPICS
Short safety talks go by a number of names, "Toolbox Safety Meetings", "Tailgate Safety Meetings" (commonly in construction) "Supervisory Safety Meetings", and a number of others.
These talks can be a valuable asset to your safety program, to help remind workers of safety requirements, to provide periodic refresher "training", to discuss recent accidents, or near miss incidents, and for a number of other useful purposes.
One of the more common requests we get are for sources of topics for these meetings. We've collected some free Internet sources, and have provided them here, as well as tips for making your meetings more useful:

- Wake County, N.C. Public Schools publishes an excellent safety topic library. Although specific for a public school system, many of the topics are universal, and well written.
